Subscriptions
Artist subscriptions let fans join a recurring fan club and unlock exclusive content and perks. Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal and can be set up with multiple tiers.
How Subscriptions Work
- You create one or more subscription tiers from your artist dashboard
- Fans browse your tiers and choose one to join
- PayPal handles recurring billing each month
- Subscribers automatically gain access to members-only content
Creating a Subscription Tier
From your artist admin panel, go to Subscriptions and click Create Tier.

Members-Only Content
Once a fan subscribes, they unlock access to any content you have marked as members-only. Supported content types include:
- 📷 Photos
- 🎬 Videos

- 📥 Downloadable files (PDFs, ZIP archives, etc.)
You manage members-only content from the Members Content section of your artist dashboard.

You can restrict event access to specific subscription tiers. See Ticketing — Access Control for details.
Free Trial Periods
You can offer a free trial for any subscription tier. When enabled:
- New subscribers can join without being charged for the trial period (e.g. 7 days)
- After the trial, regular billing begins automatically
- Fans have full member access during the trial
Subscriber Management
From your dashboard you can:
- View the list of active and past subscribers
- See subscriber spend and loyalty point totals
